Recently we learned that our good friend (well more then good friend, she is like a sister to everyone here at QB) is now entering a fight that we know she can win, against breast cancer. Suzanne Yeo is not only an innovator, but a selfless soul who has blessed our lives with her presence. Suzanne is one of those people that may be small in stature but big in presence. You can feel her positive, strong spirit walk into a room – in the chaos of our lives – she is a calming influence; always there with a helping hand.

If you like doing SUP Yoga, you can thank Suzanne. She is a pioneer of the stand up yoga movement and advocates healthy, organic lifestyles.  She has been focused on fitness most of her life and she took to stand up instantly creating a new way of doing fitness on the water. This passion for fitness has branched into all areas of her life as she teaches spin, yoga, stand up yoga, running, and whenever she comes to our office- you can bet we will be doing something involving some sweat.

Suzanne Yeo is one of our dearest supporters and is more then a team member, she is a family member thus in this time when she needs our help- We are here 100%. Most don’t see what happens behind the scenes at QB, but let us tell you – the week of any major event -
